Available Lessons

The song "Alone Together" contains lessons that lead to deal with block chords. It begins with an easy arrangement with bass and melody.
With this ballad you can learn to play solo piano using the stride technique and later combine it with a blockchordish style. In the end there are two examples for improvising, which switch from normal to double time.
After learning the melody and the bass, these lessons start with an easy arrangement using just the rudimental chord notes and lead to a complex version with big voicings and secundary dominants. The last lessons are two examples how to play a solo using chromatic approach to triad tones or just by using the blues scale.
